Us at LCM Projects feel that UCS is more than just a supplier, they're more like an intricate part of our business team, making sure all documentation is in place and thus enabling us to completely satisfy our customers. Our relationship began when we introduced UCS to Murray & Roberts to look at developing Parts, Service and Operator manuals for the new EHVSSR (Electronic Hydraulic Vertical Shaft Sinking Rig). This was to be a joint venture but the responsibility fell to us to produce the manuals and do the risk assessment. UCS represents us in various meetings with Murray & Roberts and I feel completely comfortable with their knowledge and their ability in this capacity. I know they can prepare and deliver high quality, well-produced documentation at the request of our customers.

Excellent service and high quality printing. UCS International sometimes feel like an independently run division of my business, I don't know how they manage to deliver on their promises so efficiently, as well as personally, to all their clients, but I'm glad to have them on my side.
